Google POps Leadership Summit

Google was a whole teenager. We weren't sure what we were building, but we had a great day. We told stories. Heard about holding hands. People who met in war rooms, wrote on whiteboards. Is this the end, end? No, it wasn't. But there were parts that got hard. We stayed scrappy, mission first, build helpful things. Kinds of solve real problems. I hit send. She wouldn't look at me. Sometimes being bold means being scared. And sometimes being responsible means showing up. We hustled, we had fun, we laughed. Team Google, when I walked down those halls and I heard these ideas and saw the stories, I asked myself, is that who works here? Yeah. That's who works here.
